Silent Auction

Do you need a Christmas Tree for your office, a Wreath for your door or a Seasonal Centrepiece for your holiday table?

Come to the Festival and bid on one (or more!) of the beautiful items available at our Silent Auction.

Rules and Regulations

Only registered bidders may bid on our Silent Auction items. Interested bidders can register at our Silent Auction Headquarters.

Each item will have a minimum bid amount and bids must increase by the amount specified on the bid sheets.

Bid sheets will remain in place until bid closing on Sunday, November 21st at 4:00pm

The highest bid at closing will be the successful winner of the item.

Successful bidders will be contacted by phone on Sunday, November 21st following the close of the Silent Auction.

Items are not to be removed from the sales site until payment has been made in full.

Terms of payment are cash, Visa, Mastercard and cheque with two (2) pieces of identification.

All sales are final.

All items/goods are sold As Is and must be picked up at the site. No warranty is implied or otherwise exists in relation to any items/goods offered for sale.

The Festival of Trees will supply the original tree box for each tree. Any containers required for tree ornaments must be brought by the successful bidder.

Successful bidders must have their own method of transporting the item they purchased.
