We have our winners and they will be announced on Thursday April 22 at our Ice Cream Social to celebrate National Volunteer Week! Come and join us. Everyone is welcome!

Contest Details:

Two Age Categories for Photo Contest & Prizes
Youth – up to age 17
Adult – ages 18 and over

Prizes for each age group
1st Prize – $100.00 Sherwood Park Mall Gift Certificate
2nd Prize – $50.00 Sherwood Park Mall Gift Certificate

Special Organization Prize
Each age Category will have $100.00 Tim Horton’s gift certificate won by the organization depicted in the 1st prize winning photograph. If the photo depicts an informal volunteer activity, the winning photo entrant will have the Tim Horton’s gift certificate donated to the Strathcona County organization of their choice.

Photo Requirements:
Prints: Must be 5×7, good quality professionally developed photo (ie. not from a home printer)
Digital: Email good quality images (Every photo submitted via email must be of good quality and have high quality available if chosen as a winner. It must be sent as a .jpeg, no larger than 1.5 MB, maximum 1500 pixels in length and maximum 72 dpi.) Winning entrants will be asked for a higher resolution photo.

All photos must be received in the Information and Volunteer Centre for Strathcona County offices by noon, April 8, 2010 to qualify. Maximum two photo entries per amateur photographer.

Please rename your jpeg files with your first initial and last name.

Each Photo Entry must include:
1. A Photo Entry Form
2. A Photo Release Waiver Form
3. The Photo file
