IVC & Organization Understanding

The Organization will:

  • Agree to have manned booth display throughout the entire event…1 – 7 pm. No leaving early thanks.
  • Agree to stock the booth with materials and information that will be pertinent to potential volunteers and donors.

IVC will:

  • Agree to make the experience as enjoyable as possible for the organizations! Food, entertainment, booth fillers for breaks!
  • Agree to use all possible resources to advertise and promote the event to ensure it is a worthwhile day for the organization to be part of.
  • Provide a yummy boxed lunch for whoever is manning the organization booth in the mid-late afternoon as well as snacks and water throughout the day
